Are you a Primary Early Career Teacher looking to secure your first teaching role in a supportive Lewisham school?

As a Primary ECT in this role, you will:

• Work full-time in a welcoming and supportive primary school

• Earn MPS1–MPS2, in line with experience

• Receive high-quality ECT mentoring and structured induction support

• Develop your classroom practice with clear progression opportunities

• Hold (or be on track to achieve) QTS

• Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

• Be committed to inclusive practice and pupil progress
