Phase Leader (Primary) | September 2026 | Redbridge

A large, highly successful and over-subscribed primary school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint an ambitious Phase Leader to join a dedicated team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Phase Leader to take on a key leadership role within a thriving school community.

As a Phase Leader, you will combine excellent classroom practice with leadership responsibility across a phase, supporting colleagues and driving high standards of teaching and learning. The successful Phase Lead will play a pivotal role in securing strong academic outcomes while promoting pupils’ social and emotional development.

The school is looking for a Phase Leader who will:

  • Lead and support a team of teachers across a key phase
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching within their own classroom
  • Drive consistency and excellence in teaching and learning
  • Monitor pupil progress and support data-informed decision making
  • Work closely with senior leaders, staff, parents and the wider community
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and professional development
