Job Description

Nursery Practitioner | Redbridge | INDSUP

A beautiful and nurturing independent nursery in Redbridge is seeking a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner who is committed to early years education and enjoys supporting children within a calm, holistic and child-centred environment.

The nursery prides itself on creating a warm and enriching atmosphere where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. With a strong focus on holistic development, the Nursery Practitioner will support children in building confidence, independence and key foundations for school life from an early age.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work within thoughtfully designed classrooms equipped for art, sensory play, cookery and yoga, encouraging creativity and curiosity through hands-on, play-based learning. The Nursery Practitioner will also support children during daily outings and exciting forest school sessions, helping to develop communication skills, social confidence and a love for the outdoors.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will join a friendly and highly supportive leadership team that values collaboration, wellbeing and professional development. The nursery is looking for a positive and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner who can build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues while creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The Nursery Practitioner role would suit someone with previous childcare or nursery experience who is patient, nurturing and genuinely passionate about supporting early childhood development.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will benefit from:

  • Working within a beautiful independent nursery setting
  • A calming and holistic approach to learning
  • Daily outings and forest school opportunities
  • Supportive and approachable leadership team
  • Creative classrooms focused on play-based learning
  • Excellent opportunities for development and progression

If you are a dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking to join a nurturing early years setting in Redbridge, we would love to hear from you.
