HLTA - What the School is Looking For
The ideal HLTA will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience within a UK secondary school setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a confident, proactive, and committed HLTA with strong communication skills and the ability to lead learning independently and effectively.

HLTA - Salary and Contract Info
- Up to £600 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
- Term-time only
- Potential for teacher training pathways or extended contracts following a successful placement
