As a Russell Group Graduate, you will support students both inside and outside the classroom, providing academic and pastoral support to help them achieve their full potential. The successful Russell Group Graduate will work closely with pupils with additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs, helping them to access learning and build confidence.
