Science & Maths Graduate Tutor Fellow | Outstanding Secondary School in Hounslow

An outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is seeking ambitious and academically strong Science & Maths Graduates to join their team as Tutor Fellows from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact on students' academic progress whilst developing the skills and experience needed for a future career in teaching.

The Role

As a Tutor Fellow, you will play a key role in supporting students across the secondary phase by:

• Delivering targeted academic interventions and learning support.

• Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.

• Working alongside teachers to adapt learning for individual students.

• Building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to an exceptional learning environment.

• Supporting extracurricular activities, enrichment programmes and educational visits.

• Working collaboratively with families to help students achieve their full potential.

• Developing expertise in assessment, child development and additional educational needs.

Ideal Candidate

• A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another STEM-related subject.

• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

• Aspiring teachers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Salary & Working Hours

• £132.44 per day (£661.21 per week, inclusive of holiday pay)

• Monday to Friday

• Term-time only

• 8:00am – 4:30pm

• 30-minute lunch break
