Health & Social Care Graduate – Learning Support Assistant - Kensington & Chelsea – ASAP Start
Are you a Health & Social Care Graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting young people in a Sixth Form setting?
An inclusive Sixth Form in Kensington & Chelsea is looking for a confident and personable graduate to support students aged 16–19 with SEND, with a particular focus on students studying Level 3 Health & Social Care.
This could also suit a graduate from a Social Care, Biology, Science or related degree who has a good understanding of Health & Social Care and is keen to work within education.

What’s in it for you?

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs

  • Use your Health & Social Care knowledge to support students with Level 3 coursework and learning

  • Help students stay engaged, organised and confident in their studies

  • Adapt your support to suit individual learning needs

  • Work alongside teaching and SEND staff to help students make academic progress

Person Specification

  • Degree in Health & Social Care, Social Care, Biology, Science or a related subject

  • Strong subject knowledge and confidence supporting Level 3 students

  • Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential

  • Patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships

  • Genuine interest in supporting students with SEND
