ABA Teaching Assistant | Newham | Immediate Start
Are you a Psychology graduate with proven ABA experience and a strong academic background? A highly regarded secondary school in Newham is seeking a dedicated ABA Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, starting immediately.

About the role:
As an ABA Teaching Assistant, you will provide consistent 1:1 support, using Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies to promote positive behaviour, communication, engagement and independence. You will work closely with teaching, SEND and pastoral staff to implement personalised strategies and help the pupil access the curriculum successfully.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven ABA experience is essential
- UK school-based experience is highly desirable
- A strong academic background, including a good degree and A-levels
- Excellent communication, patience and emotional intelligence
- A genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
