SEND Learning Support Assistant | Castle Point | Full-Time

We are recruiting a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a ‘Good’ rated Primary school in Castle Point. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous SEND experience who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

The ideal SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:
- A degree, ideally in Psychology or a related subject
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in pursuing a career in education, Educational Psychology or Clinical Psychology
The role:
As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs. You may deliver 1:1 support, lead small-group activities and help adapt learning to suit individual abilities.
