Cover Supervisor – Brentwood – Immediate Start Available

Cover Supervisor | Key Details

• Up to £150 per day PAYE, depending on experience, with immediate starts available

• Flexible daily cover, short-term and long-term opportunities across Brentwood

• Full-time and part-time availability considered, with regular opportunities in secondary schools

• Excellent classroom experience for aspiring teachers and experienced education professionals

Cover Supervisor | The Role

• Supervise KS3 and KS4 classes, deliver pre-planned work and maintain pupil engagement during teacher absences

• Manage classroom behaviour confidently, following school policies and maintaining clear expectations

• Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups and school environments while supporting pupils' learning

Cover Supervisor | Requirements

• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential

• Previous classroom experience strongly preferred, ideally as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant or Tutor

• Confident managing secondary-aged pupils independently, with strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Reliable, professional and able to commute to schools across Brentwood
