• A strong background of experience as a Head of Science, 2ic, or Science Teacher.
• The ability to inspire and guide pupils to the best they can be.
• A 2:1 in a Science-based degree from a Top UK University.
• A general give-it-your-all attitude and the initiative to go the extra mile.
