Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis to encourage student progress and attainment
• Managing whole-class sessions and supporting students throughout lessons and the school day
• Leading sessions and supporting students through GCSE and A-Level French
• Collaborating with the SEN team to support students with special educational needs

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 French/MFL Degree from a leading UK university
• Previous child-based experience is essential
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in working with SEN students
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Previous experience working in a school setting is necessary
