Behaviour Mentor – Enfield – ASAP

A secondary school in Enfield is looking for a Behaviour mentor with a relevant UK university degree, and it could be you!

Requirements

  • A UK University degree in Psychology or a relevant subject
  • Experience in a comparable position is highly favourable
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for working with students with challenging behaviour

Role

  • Collaborate with the SENDCo, pastoral staff members and the wider staff to mitigate and reduce behavioural issues
  • Guide students to more positive outcomes by constructing beneficial relationships
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable school environment

 

Enfield – Full time contract until July - £450-500 weekly (Paid weekly via PAYE)
