  • Hold or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025.

  • Be reflective, open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.

 

Your Role as a Primary ECT:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, enabling them to thrive.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community.
