For suitably experienced Physics Teachers, there are Teaching and Learning Responsibilities (TLRs) available, with clear progression routes to becoming a Lead Practitioner for Physics.

Physics Teacher | The Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, cultivating a love for science in all students.

- Collaborate with a dedicated Science Department to deliver an outstanding curriculum.
- Take on additional responsibilities, such as curriculum development or mentoring, with TLR opportunities available for those with relevant experience.
- Work towards or enhance your leadership skills, with progression to a Lead Practitioner role for motivated and experienced candidates.
Physics Teacher | The Successful Physics Teacher Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a demonstratable track record of delivering outstanding outcomes for students.
- Expert subject knowledge with a 2:1 or higher degree in Physics or a related subject
- A passion for Physics and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising academic standards.
- Experience or interest in taking on additional responsibilities, with leadership potential.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department.
