About the Role:

As a Linguistics Graduate, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children inside and outside the classroom.
  • Assist students in mainstream lessons and encourage active participation.
  • Support speech and language development, working closely with specialist professionals.

Essential Requirements:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Linguistics degree from a UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred.
  • Confident, proactive, and creative in addressing behaviour management.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
