Your Responsibilities as a Behaviour Mentor
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Encourage participation in mainstream lessons and help students access the curriculum.
- Enforce behaviour policies, ensuring students stay on track and maintain focus.
- Act as a positive role model, fostering personal development and confidence in students.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement effective strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents to ensure alignment in student progress.
What We’re Looking For
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Confident in managing behaviour and working with SEND students.
- A proactive, adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful, with a passion for improving educational outcomes.
