Your Role as a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Support children both inside and outside the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Lead intervention groups in Maths and other core subjects to boost progress.
• Encourage participation and build confidence in mainstream lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers and education professionals to meet individual student needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support learning at home.

What We’re Looking For

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university.
• Previous experience working with children (preferred).
• Confident in managing behaviour and supporting SEND students.
• A proactive, creative, and flexible team player with excellent communication skills.
