Are you a Geography ECT looking for your first Teaching opportunity...? Did you get at least a 2:1 in a Geography-related Degree from a UK Top 20 University...?

If so, this could be the role for you! Ribbons & Reeves are currently working with a fantastic Secondary School in Redbridge who are seeking a Geography ECT to join their team in September 2025.

Geography ECT | The Role:

• Permanent Geography ECT role starting September 2025

• OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in Redbridge

• Highly experienced members of staff in place to mentor & support the ECT programme.

• Salary: Inner London Pay Scale | MPS

Geography ECT | Personal Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Obtained at least a 2:1 in a Geography-related Degree from a UK Top 20 University.

• Recent observations demonstrate ability to ‘Meet’ or ‘Exceed’ the Teaching Standards.

• Confident with GCSE / A-Level Geography planning and teaching.

This Redbridge-based Secondary School are looking to employ a Geography ECT who demonstrates initiative, passion and has a wealth of subject knowledge.
