- Provide effective support to this student, helping to build social confidence and academic engagement!
This Autism Support Assistant role will include extensive in house and external training, designed to further develop your skill set, and there will be support and supervision from the school SENCo. The pupil in question is a female student in Year 4, and she is making steady progress, but is limited on her engagement with other students and can act erratically. As an Autism Support Assistant, help her break down learning and manage her triggers to help her progress at a faster rate.
