Mental Health Practitioner | About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting children’s emotional development and well-being? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners who are THRIVE/ELSA Trained to join our vibrant school community.

• Work closely with pupils who need additional emotional support.
• Use Thrive strategies to help children understand and regulate their emotions.
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive space for pupils to learn about their feelings and develop healthy emotional and social skills.
• Be a key part of our caring, inclusive team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for all.

Mental Health Practitioner | What We’re Looking For

• A strong understanding of children’s emotional and social development.
• Can work empathetically, patiently, and supportively with young people.
• Have experience in a similar role or relevant training in emotional well-being strategies (Thrive qualification desirable but not essential).
