Role 1: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant (Year 1)

This role involves working closely with a child in Year 1 with Autism and significant speech and language needs. While the child is bright and naturally curious, he can exhibit self-directed and occasionally disruptive behaviours, particularly within structured classroom environments. From September, he will be fully integrated into the Year 1 class, and the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Build a strong, trusting relationship with the child to promote emotional security and engagement
