As an Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

• Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis, supporting communication and language development

• Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, tailoring strategies to individual learning plans

• Collaborate with SENCO, class teachers, and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions

• Adapt lesson materials and assist in the creation of speech-focused learning resources

• Help maintain positive behaviour and a calm learning environment

• Communicate effectively with parents, contributing to EHCP meetings and reviews

• Develop your professional toolkit with ongoing training and reflective practice

• Gain hands-on experience in an all-through school, engaging with both Primary and Secondary pupils
