KS1 Teacher – Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extra-curricular activities
- Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing
- Engage in professional development and take on leadership responsibilities if desired
