SEN TA – Walthamstow, London – Immediate Start

SEN TA – Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
• Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
• Providing support to students with SEN.
• As a SEN TA you will need to ensure that you’re creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.

SEN TA – What the role offers:

• A weekly pay between £444-£513 PAYE.
• Holiday pay included.
• Time off during school holidays.

• Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher.

SEN TA – Ideal Candidate:

• A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 20 University or Russell Group.
• Ideally a Psychology graduate.
• Ideally experience working with children or exposure to SEN.
• Valid Right to Work and ideally an Enhanced DBS.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
