SEN TA – Walthamstow, London – Immediate Start
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in Education? Ribbons and Reeves are working with a vibrant primary school in Walthamstow, London as a SEN TA starting immediately.
SEN TA – Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
- Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
- Providing support to students with SEN.
- As a SEN TA you will need to ensure that you’re creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.
SEN TA – What the role offers:
- A weekly pay between £444-£513 PAYE.
- Holiday pay included.
- Time off during school holidays.

- Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher.
SEN TA – Ideal Candidate:
- A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 20 University or Russell Group.
- Ideally a Psychology graduate.
- Ideally experience working with children or exposure to SEN.
- Valid Right to Work and ideally an Enhanced DBS.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
