A welcoming and reputable secondary school in Cambridge is seeking a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) from September 2026.

As a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with SEND within the school’s ARP and mainstream setting

Responsibilities | Graduate SEND TA

  • Support students with autism and additional needs in 1:1 and small-group settings
  • Assist across subjects including Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology and Science
  • Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to support student wellbeing and confidence
  • Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically

 
Requirements | Graduate SEND TA

  • Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
  • Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
  • Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
  • Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education
