Are you a Graduate EYFS Assistant with a strong understanding of child development and the importance of learning through play?

A welcoming Early Years setting in Brent is looking for a Graduate EYFS Assistant who can do more than simply supervise children. The school needs someone who understands how purposeful adult interaction can extend play, develop language and move learning forward.

  • Work closely with experienced Early Years teachers and practitioners

  • Excellent preparation for teacher training, Educational Psychology or Early Years careers

As a Graduate EYFS Assistant, you will actively engage with children throughout the school day. You will join their play, ask thoughtful questions, model language and help turn everyday activities into meaningful learning opportunities.

The school is looking for a Graduate EYFS Assistant who understands that successful Early Years support is not about standing back and observing. You must be confident getting involved in play and recognising when to guide, extend or adapt an activity.
