SENCo – Bexley
Are you an experienced SENCo looking for your next challenge starting in September 2025?
We're working with an ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in the heart of Bexley, actively recruiting for a SENCo. The school is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and highly effective individual with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children, managing challenging behaviour, and working with disengaged pupils or those with anxiety disorders.
You’ll play a key role in identifying student needs, liaising with parents and carers, and coordinating with external agencies. A strong commitment to raising attendance and attainment—especially for students with SEN—is essential.

- SENCo required for a Bexley Primary School
- MPS/UPS Outer London + SEN allowance
- ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating

SENCo - Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong track record of improving attendance and attainment
- National SENCo Award
- Experience working in relevant settings, with knowledge of child development, attachment disorder, and SEN conditions (e.g. ASD, ADHD, ODD)
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Proven experience in leading and managing staff
