Are you an experienced SENCo or an ambitious teacher looking to step into a SEND leadership role from September 2025?

Ribbons & Reeves are working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Lewisham to recruit a dedicated SENCo to lead and manage SEND provision across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a school that places inclusion and pupil wellbeing at its core.

SENCo – The Role:

• Full-time, permanent SENCo position

• MPS/UPS + TLR (Inner London)

• Lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school

• Provide support, training and guidance to colleagues to ensure inclusive practice

• Oversee EHCPs, referrals, assessments, and tailored interventions

• Work closely with external agencies, parents, and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Hold the National SENCo Award (or be willing to work towards it)

• Have in-depth knowledge of SEND strategies and relevant legislation

• Be passionate about making education accessible and meaningful for all pupils

• Be a strong communicator and skilled collaborator
