Primary SEN Teacher | Isleworth, Hounslow | September 2025 Start

A forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Isleworth, Hounslow is seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary SEN Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This Primary SEN Teacher role is ideal for someone with experience working with children with EHCPs, ASD, or SEMH needs in a classroom or small group setting. The school is committed to inclusive education and offers strong SEND leadership and specialist support to every Primary SEN Teacher on staff.

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering targeted interventions, working closely with support staff and external agencies, and ensuring pupils with SEND achieve their full potential. You’ll join a collaborative team where your input will be valued, and your professional growth supported. The Primary SEN Teacher will also contribute to planning and differentiation to meet a range of learner needs across the curriculum.

Primary SEN Teacher – Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver adapted lessons for SEND learners
• Work closely with the school’s SENCo and inclusion team
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to EHCP reviews
• Promote emotional wellbeing and independence

Requirements:
• UK QTS is required
• Experience teaching children with SEND is essential
