Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to build experience in education, SEN or mental health support?
We’re working with a group of supportive secondary schools across Hounslow, Richmond and Wandsworth, each looking for a Psychology Graduate to join them from September 2025. These Psychology Graduate roles are perfect for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, youth work or SEN support.
As a Psychology Graduate, you’ll work closely with SENCOs and pastoral teams to support pupils with social, emotional, and learning needs. Each school offers a slightly different focus—some with high numbers of EAL learners, others with a strong SEMH provision—so we’ll match you to the school that best suits your interests and strengths.
Psychology Graduate – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Support with behaviour strategies and engagement in class
- Run pastoral or therapeutic-style sessions
- Work with staff and families to monitor pupil progress
Person Specification:
- 2:1 or above in Psychology or a related subject
- Calm, patient and confident when working with young people
- Genuine interest in education, wellbeing, or youth development
