Key responsibilities of a Psychology Graduate:

  • Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND and behavioural needs

  • Assist in delivering structured lessons that focus on academic and emotional development

  • Confidently support and manage challenging behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy

  • Work as part of a large team, collaborating with teachers, parents, and SEND professionals

  • Take a proactive role in lesson delivery and pupil engagement
