As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with the SENDCo, Educational Psychologists and class teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
Psychology Graduate – Role Summary:

Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other learning difficulties

Provide tailored academic and emotional support across Key Stages 3 and 4

Learn from an experienced team of SEND professionals and senior leaders

Gain first-hand experience of implementing EHCP targets and behaviour strategies

Work full-time, Monday to Friday – perfect for aspiring Educational Psychologists or Therapists

Long-term role starting in September 2025 – ideal for a Psychology Graduate keen to commit to a school year
