What does a Reading Support Assistant do?

As a Psychology graduate Reading Support Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group reading interventions tailored to different learning styles.

  • Build pupils’ confidence, motivation, and engagement with literacy.

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to offer well-rounded support.
