Cambridge Graduate – Richmond Secondary School

Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)
Interviews: June/July 2025

A thriving secondary school in Richmond is keen to welcome a Cambridge Graduate to support students across a range of subjects and year groups. Whether your background is in English, Maths, Science, or Humanities, you’ll play a key role in supporting academic progress and student wellbeing.

As a Cambridge Graduate, you will work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, support teachers in the classroom, and help deliver targeted interventions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with long-term ambitions in education.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting students in class, small groups, and one-to-one
• Assisting with behaviour, confidence, and academic interventions
• Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals
• Building strong relationships with students and staff

We’re looking for:

• A First-Class or 2:1 degree from the University of Cambridge
• A motivated, compassionate, and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability from September 2025 – July 2026
