Your responsibilities as a Humanities Graduate:

• Support pupils across the Humanities curriculum, including History, Geography, and RE

• Lead small group interventions to boost pupil progress and confidence

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery, planning and resource preparation

• Build constructive relationships with students and families

• Provide tailored support for students with SEND and behavioural needs

• Monitor and report on student attainment and development

• Uphold the school’s high expectations for behaviour and academic success

The ideal Humanities Graduate will have:

• A 1:1 Humanities degree from a Top 20 UK university

• A desire to pursue a career in teaching or education

• Prior experience working with students or in an educational setting

• Confidence in leading interventions and managing behaviour
