Your responsibilities as a Humanities Graduate:

Support pupils across the Humanities curriculum, including History, Geography, and RE

Lead small group interventions to boost pupil progress and confidence

Assist teachers with lesson delivery, planning and resource preparation

Build constructive relationships with students and families

Provide tailored support for students with SEND and behavioural needs

Monitor and report on student attainment and development

The ideal Humanities Graduate will have:

A 1:1 Humanities degree from a Top 20 UK university

A desire to pursue a career in teaching or education

Prior experience working with students or in an educational setting

Excellent communication skills, especially when liaising with parents

A flexible, team-focused, and proactive approach

Confidence in leading interventions and managing behaviour
