Key duties of a First-Class Graduate:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted interventions

• Lead academic and behavioural support sessions across year groups

• Collaborate with teachers and SEND staff to meet individual learning needs

• Effectively support behaviour management strategies

• Communicate professionally with parents and carers regarding progress

• Follow curriculum objectives and school policies consistently

• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in a dynamic classroom setting

• Contribute to a positive, achievement-focused learning environment

We are looking for a First-Class Graduate who:

• Holds a 1:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University

• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Is confident managing behaviour and supporting SEND students

• Brings energy and dedication to a large and ambitious school setting

• Has a desire to pursue teacher training or psychology-related careers

• Ideally has previous experience supporting students in an education setting
