Key responsibilities of the Aspiring Children's Psychologist:

Deliver targeted interventions to pupils with SEND or SEMH needs

Work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting emotional and academic progress

Apply behaviour strategies with confidence and consistency

Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress

Be proactive and flexible in adapting to classroom and pupil needs

Lead sessions that boost social, emotional, and academic development

Collaborate with teaching and support staff across a large school setting

Maintain a focus on outcomes, progress, and following the curriculum
Who we are looking for:

A 1:1 Oxbridge graduate with a relevant degree (e.g. Psychology, Education)

A confident and compassionate Aspiring Children's Psychologist

Prior experience working with children, ideally in a school setting

A strong team player with creative and adaptive thinking

A genuine interest in progressing into educational psychology or therapy

A resilient communicator with a focus on child development and wellbeing
