Primary Inclusion Support Assistant – Richmond – September 2025 Start

 

Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

Are you a graduate passionate about inclusive education and keen to support primary-aged pupils with diverse learning needs?

 

A friendly primary school in Richmond is seeking a Primary Inclusion Support Assistant to help children across EYFS to Year 3 who have identified SEND or social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This role is perfect for graduates aiming to pursue careers in primary teaching, educational psychology, or speech and language therapy.

 

As a Primary Inclusion Support Assistant, you will deliver 1:1 and small group support, assist with behaviour management plans, and help ensure children are engaged and confident learners.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom
  • Running targeted intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy
  • Supporting social skills development and positive behaviour
  • Liaising with parents and external professionals

 

We’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • A warm, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to inclusion and positive relationships
  • Availability for the full school year

 

This Primary Inclusion Support Assistant role in Richmond provides an excellent foundation for graduates wanting hands-on SEND experience in a nurturing environment.
