1st Class Psychology Graduate – Behaviour Mentor
School: Hasmonean High School for Boys
Location: Hendon, North London (NW4 1NA)
Pay: £107.59 per day PAYE (including holiday pay)
Contract: Full-time, term-time only | Start date: September 2025
Are you a 1st Class Psychology Graduate with a passion for supporting young people and a strong interest in behaviour and mental health? Hasmonean High School for Boys is seeking a motivated and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral and SEN support team this September.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a 1st Class Psychology Graduate to gain hands-on experience in a high-achieving secondary school, supporting students aged 13–18 with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. Working alongside the SENCO and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in mentoring students, improving behaviour, and promoting positive mental health.
Key responsibilities for a 1st Class Psychology Graduate Behaviour Mentor:

Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted support for students with behavioural challenges

Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting emotional regulation

Support students in developing focus, resilience and self-confidence

Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff and parents/carers to ensure joined-up support

Model calm, consistent and positive behaviour at all times

This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for a 1st Class Psychology Graduate exploring careers in:
