Speech and Language Therapist – Hounslow – September 2025 Start
 
Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for making a positive impact on young lives?
 
We are seeking an inspiring and committed Speech and Language Therapist to join an Ofsted-rated 'Good' special school in Hounslow.
 
The school supports students aged 4-16 with autism and complex learning needs, combining a structured, inclusive curriculum with integrated therapies and tailored support. It offers a safe, consistent and respectful environment that enables all pupils to access learning and reach their full potential.

All pupils have an EHCP, and the school takes a highly personalised approach with access to modern facilities, therapeutic provision, and specialist interventions. You’ll be joining a friendly and multi-disciplinary team who work collaboratively to support pupil wellbeing and communication development.

Speech and Language Therapist | Role Overview:

• As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with children aged 4-16 years old to provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to their speech, language, and communication needs.
• You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop personalised plans for students, helping them improve their communication skills and achieve their potential.
  
  

Speech and Language Therapist | Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist – A degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
• Experience with Children and SEN – Proven experience working with children, particularly those with ASD and Speech and Language difficulties.
   
  
  

Speech and Language Therapist | Job Details:

• Permanent, Full-time role
• Opportunities for professional development and training with weekly CPD sessions
• Interviews starting ASAP.
   

Please note: This role is only open to applicants with a UK undergraduate degree. We cannot consider overseas degrees, even with a UK Master’s. Sponsorship is not available, so applicants must have UK citizenship or the right to work via settled status.
