About the role:
As an SEMH TA in Woodford, Waltham Forest, London, you will provide crucial one-to-one support to a Year 10 student with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities as an SEMH TA:
- Provide 1:1 emotional and academic support.

- Act as a role model, promoting resilience and aspiration in education.
What you’ll need to succeed as an SEMH TA:
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University.
- Previous experience working with secondary students with SEMH needs.
- Excellent patience, empathy, and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
- A strong desire to progress within education and SEN support.

- Pay: £444-£513 weekly via PAYE (Holiday Pay Included)
