Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

Are you a Cambridge Graduate keen to support pupils and gain experience in education from September?
An ambitious secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a Cambridge Graduate to support pupils in lessons and lead small-group interventions. This Cambridge Graduate role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience before applying for teacher training or exploring education-related careers.
As a Cambridge Graduate, you will work closely with teachers and pupils across a range of subjects, helping to raise attainment and boost confidence. You’ll also assist with resource preparation, monitor progress, and support personal development.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with pupils across KS3 and KS4 in core subjects
- Delivering small-group academic interventions
- Supporting lesson preparation and classroom management
- Encouraging pupil progress and participation
- Promoting a culture of academic success
We’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above from the University of Cambridge
- A confident communicator with strong subject knowledge
- An interest in working with young people
- Commitment to the full academic year
Please note: This role is only open to UK graduates. Overseas degrees, even with a UK Master’s, cannot be considered. Sponsorship is not available.
