Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

A high-achieving secondary school in Richmond is seeking an Oxford Graduate to join their support team. This Oxford Graduate role is ideal for someone exploring a future in teaching, psychology, or education policy.

In this Oxford Graduate position, you’ll work closely with students and teachers across a range of academic subjects. You’ll support learners in lessons, lead small-group interventions, and help plan and organise resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing academic support in lessons
  • Delivering intervention sessions for targeted pupils
  • Supporting revision and independent learning skills
  • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation
  • Helping raise pupil confidence and achievement

We’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 or above from the University of Oxford
  • Strong academic ability and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in education
  • Full-time availability from September 2025
