As an Autism Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with Autism and additional learning needs

Assist in classroom activities, ensuring full access to the curriculum

Help implement behaviour strategies and support emotional regulation

Build strong working relationships with students, teachers and families

Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment

Work collaboratively to track progress and help meet learning goals

Adapt resources creatively to suit the needs of individual pupils

Develop the confidence to handle challenging behaviour with calm authority
