First-Class Psychology Graduate – Hounslow – September 2025 start
Are you a First-Class Psychology Graduate looking to take your first step into education?
This First-Class Psychology Graduate role in Hounslow is perfect for someone keen to work with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a First-Class Psychology Graduate, you’ll join a supportive and well-organised school where you can make a genuine difference. The school is particularly keen to hear from a First-Class Psychology Graduate with a passion for inclusion, behaviour support, or child development.
As a First-Class Psychology Graduate, you’ll be working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will support children with SEN needs including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
First-Class Psychology Graduate – What’s on offer?
- £90–£100 per day (PAYE)

What you need to apply:
- A First-Class Psychology degree from a UK university
- Previous experience working with children (e.g. in schools or youth work)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, understanding approach to supporting students with additional needs
This role is based in a mainstream primary school in Hounslow with strong SEND provision and excellent staff support.
