A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Hounslow is searching for an SEN Inclusion Partner to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This SEN Inclusion Partner role is well-suited to someone who is passionate about inclusive education and confident supporting children with EHCPs, autism, and speech and language needs.

As an SEN Inclusion Partner, you’ll work across year groups to help identified pupils access learning, develop confidence and feel fully included in the school community. You’ll adapt resources, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to track progress.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing targeted in-class support for pupils with additional needs
  • Running literacy, numeracy, and social skills interventions
  • Supporting communication using visuals, Makaton, and simplified language
  • Liaising with families and professionals under the direction of the SENCO
  • Contributing to EHCP reviews and progress monitoring

We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND in education or care
  • A thoughtful, calm and inclusive approach
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training

What’s on offer:

  • Strong SEN leadership and CPD provision
  • Opportunities for development into HLTA or ELSA roles
  • Supportive leadership and staff wellbeing initiatives
  • A diverse and inclusive school culture
