Learning Support Assistant – Barnet

Learning Support Assistant – What We Offer:

Learning Support Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree, ideally in Psychology, Education or a related field

• At least 6 months’ experience working with children or supporting individuals with SEN

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children achieve their potential

Learning Support Assistant – Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings

• Assist teachers in creating inclusive lessons that meet individual learning requirements

• Encourage independence and confidence in pupils through supportive guidance

• Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child receives the best possible support
