Learning Support Assistant – Barnet

Learning Support Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree, ideally in Psychology, Education or a related field

At least 6 months’ experience working with children or supporting individuals with SEN
-
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children achieve their potential
Learning Support Assistant – Your Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings

Assist teachers in creating inclusive lessons that meet individual learning requirements

Encourage independence and confidence in pupils through supportive guidance

Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child receives the best possible support
