- Working with small-group interventions / 1:1 support to help students catch up or stretch their learning
- Contributing to school systems – behaviour, homework, marking – to ensure consistency of learning
Unqualified Computer Science Teacher - What the School is Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 30 UK University (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- Previous child-centred experience (tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or school-based support)
- A proactive, compassionate, committed mindset; strong communication skills; willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to engage students with enthusiasm, patience, and high expectations

Unqualified Computer Science Teacher - Salary and Contract Info
- Unqualified Teacher role: Up to £600 per week, pro rata, term-time only
- Full-time, long-term contract from September-July, term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contract following a successful placement
